1. Who we are and what you are agreeing to
The service at zaatar.ai (the “Service”) is operated by PLACEHOLDER_LEGAL_ENTITY_NAME, PLACEHOLDER_REGISTERED_ADDRESS, registered under PLACEHOLDER_COMPANY_REGISTRATION_RCS(“Zaatar”, “we”, “us”). By creating an account or using the Service you agree to these terms on behalf of yourself or, if you use it for a company, on behalf of that company. The Service is intended for professional use.
2. What the Service does
Zaatar connects to your Google Search Console and to a GitHub repository you choose, audits your website, and runs AI agents that monitor your search performance, draft content, and prepare technical fixes. Work that would change your website is delivered as drafts and pull requests for your review: you approve, edit, or dismiss each one, and nothing is merged or published by Zaatar on its own.
3. Beta program and pricing
The Service is currently offered as a beta, free of charge. Features may change, be limited by usage caps, or be interrupted while we are in beta. If we introduce paid plans, we will present pricing and billing terms before you subscribe to one; we will not start charging an existing account silently.
4. Your account
You sign in with Google and are responsible for activity under your account. If you create an organization and invite members, you are responsible for who you invite and for the roles you give them. Keep your Google account secure; it is the key to your Zaatar account.
5. Your content and the permissions you give us
You keep all rights to your website, your data, and your content. You grant us the permission to access, store, and process the data from the services you connect and the content of your website, solely to operate the Service for you. To the extent Zaatar holds any rights in the deliverables generated for your projects (articles, fixes, pull requests), we assign them to you once they are delivered. You can revoke a connection at any time from the product or from the third-party service.
6. AI-generated content
Drafts and fixes are produced by AI and can contain mistakes, outdated statements, or content requiring editorial judgment. The Service is built around your review: you are responsible for reviewing every draft and pull request before approving it, and for everything you publish, including its accuracy and its compliance with the laws that apply to you. Zaatar does not guarantee search rankings, traffic, or any other SEO outcome.
7. Acceptable use
- Only connect websites and repositories you own or are authorized to manage.
- Do not use the Service to produce or distribute unlawful, infringing, or deceptive content.
- Do not probe, overload, disrupt, or attempt to bypass the Service’s security or usage limits.
- Do not resell or provide the Service to third parties without our written agreement.
We may suspend or terminate accounts that materially breach these rules, with notice where practicable.
8. Third-party services
The Service depends on third parties you connect (such as Google and GitHub) and on our infrastructure providers. Your use of connected services remains governed by their own terms, and we are not responsible for their availability or decisions. If a connected service revokes or limits access, the parts of Zaatar that depend on it will stop working until reconnected.
9. Availability and support
We work to keep the Service available and your data safe, but during the beta the Service is provided without an availability commitment. Support is provided by email at support@zaatar.ai.
To diagnose problems, a named group of our staff can open your account and see it as you see it. This access is read-only unless changing something is the only way to reproduce a fault, expires automatically, and is recorded. See section 9 of our Privacy Policy for details.
10. Disclaimer of warranties
To the maximum extent permitted by law, the Service is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement. Nothing in these terms excludes warranties that cannot be excluded under applicable law.
11. Limitation of liability
To the maximum extent permitted by law, Zaatar’s total liability for all claims arising out of or relating to the Service is limited to the greater of the amounts you paid us in the twelve months before the claim and 100 EUR, and neither party is liable for indirect or consequential damages, including lost profits, lost revenue, or lost data. This limitation does not apply to liability that cannot be limited under French law, including in cases of gross negligence, willful misconduct, or bodily injury.
12. Term and termination
You can stop using the Service and request the deletion of your account at any time; deletion enters a 30-day grace period after which your data is deleted or anonymized as described in the Privacy Policy. We may suspend or terminate the Service for material breach of these terms, or discontinue the beta with reasonable notice.
13. Changes to these terms
We may update these terms as the Service evolves. If a change is material, we will notify you in the product or by email before it takes effect; continuing to use the Service after that date means you accept the updated terms.
14. Governing law and jurisdiction
These terms are governed by French law. Any dispute that cannot be resolved amicably will be submitted to the competent courts of PLACEHOLDER_JURISDICTION_CITY, without prejudice to mandatory rules that grant jurisdiction elsewhere.
